Well, the last official weekend of summer is approaching and Donnie and I are looking forward to long, hopefully relaxing, weekend at the farm. We need our souls refreshed and to fertilize our roots. I have several projects to work on (napping is on that list). I have started ideas for a devotional book (yes, I said that so it is out of my head and others now know about it). The farm will offer many venues to write about as will just plain old life, which is anything but plain when you think about it!
There will be pictures after the weekend and some fun stories I hope. But, I can guarantee you, I will not be involved with a boat and an oar and a sledge hammer! Got that Donnie?
