Water, please.
I gave all the new plantings a drink and they seemed happy for the swallow. It is time for a little rain. So we will patiently wait. And continue to take care of our new roots. :)
I meandered home through the cemeteries, because I didn't make it down over Memorial Day. So, I got to see the most beautiful tree in the world (at least the world I've seen). This oak is in the middle of the Mt. Etna cemetery. Stop by and check it out. On my way to the farm I drove by Lincoln Center. There are no buildings remaining, which is probably a good thing because they were is such poor shape. So when I headed home through Mt. Etna, I stopped and took a picture of the Church of the Brethren. It will soon be history also.
Things keep changing as you can see by the last picture - the new view of the landscape - windmills.
The view is grand of the old and the new!
