Oh, what a grand weekend we had at the farm. Fires on both nights and the most perfect sunsets and moon rises God could paint. We also managed to do a little work. Me a little - Donnie, Jake and Emily more than their share. Donnie tore out the fence just North of the house. It looks great. He and Jake then started on removing trees from the pond dam directly south of the house. Emily was in charge of photos I do have a ton of them. I'll post some here and the balance on Picasa. I'm not promising that will get done tonight, but maybe. I was in charge of food (we ate out twice) and cleaning the house. All is ready until the next weekend.

Everything on the farm is flourishing. It is just gorgeous - put so is my yard at home. Just a different kind of gorgeous.

Seems appropiate to post today, since it is Grandpa's Birthday. I know he is proud of Donnie and all the work he does to keep the farm up to snuff. And, we have cows on the farm again. They are beautiful creatures and make the view - simply grand.
Check out the Picasa sight for all the pictures.
